April 5, 2017 11:00 AM – Theft – Suspect was apprehended by LP officers while attempting to steal merchandise.

Suspect denied theft multiple times. LP officers made suspect aware that the police would be notified. Suspect was reluctant to strip for search but complied in order to avoid police involvement.

Suspect agreed to cooperate with LP officers for the rest of the duration held in questioning. Evidence logged on April 5, 2017..
